The Government proposes to acquire on a 5 Year IDIQ Firm Fixed price contract, a quantity of MIN25/MAX125 each of Power Supply; NSN: 6130-01-444-5562, Part Number: 13508167 in support of the M-D6 Patriot Weapon System. Production Lead Time (PLT) with No Test Required is, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with delivery�s to Fort Bliss, TX 79916-5801. This item is restricted to Sure Power, Inc. DBA Martek Power Cage Code: 15755 ; Approved Distributor - B.J. Wolfe Enterprises Inc, Cage Code 03UK3; with Test Waiver Approved until 09/16/2025. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) that is specified on the Source Control Drawing (or Selected Item Drawing or Altered Item Drawing). This part must be acquired directly from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawings as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website Source Approval Request (army.mil) and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This solicitation will not close may be posted prior to the synopsis closing date stated above. The solicitation shall be open for a minimum of 30 days from the date it is published. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
