Description: The belt filter presses are operating inefficiently and with no redundancy, without out redundancy total plant would result with no backup. The current condition is contributing significantly to the partial failure of the plant and permit violations. The belt filter presses, and corresponding appurtenances must be rehabilitated as soon as possible to operate the plant effectively to reduce pollutants being discharged and causing a public health crisis and prevent a total failure.
