- This is a Pre-solicitation Notice of the US Government's intent to issue a solicitation for the Department of State Office of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the US Embassy in Bogota-Colombia Construction IDIQ. The sources sought notice was 19AQMM24N0017, Place of Performance: The place of performance under this IDIQ covers any locations in Colombia.�� Detail information of place of performance will be determined and specified at each task order. Period of Performance: one (1) 12 months Base Period plus four (4) 12 months Option Year Periods. Order of Magnitude: More than $10,000,000.00 IAW FAR 36.204(h) Competition Procedures: Full and Open (unrestricted). Basis of Award: Tradeoff Contract Type: Hybrid (Firm-Fixed-Price + Cost Reimbursable) The approximate acquisition schedule is as follows: The synopsis will be posted for at least fifteen (15) days.� On or around May 06, 2024, the Government plans to post the solicitation on http://sam.gov. No paper copies will be mailed. Once posted, offerors will have approximately hundred twenty (120) days to submit proposals. All dates are subject to change. The Question and Answer (Q&A) period opens with the posting of the solicitation and ends on the date specified in Section L of the solicitation. All announcements and amendments made to the solicitation will be posted to http://sam.gov. Only emails following the Q&A instructions in Section L of the solicitation will be accepted. No other emails or phone calls will be accepted. Offerors shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses to perform the required work in Guatemala. Offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. This is a pre-solicitation notice, otherwise known as a synopsis (summary). The solicitation pertaining to this notice will be available to all interested vendors.
