Description

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Southern Market Division Contracting Division (SMCD) intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to Cepheid., for preventative maintenance and calibration on Cepheid GENEXPERT (Serial 836903) for the 71st Medical Group, Vance AFB, Oklahoma under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Only one source reasonably available. The applicable NAICS code is 811210, with a corresponding size standard of $34M. This notice is NOT a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit the information listed below, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. The Government is seeking responses from businesses that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, rights, and capabilities necessary to provide these services. This Notice of Intent to Sole Source does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses incurred associated with responding to this Notice.
