Description

To All Offerors, You are invited to submit a Fixed Price proposal in accordance with Line Items in Section B (Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs) of this RFP and the proposal preparation requirements other applicable provided documents.� Please note, this will be a Fixed Price with Incentives Subcontract, see RFP Section H for the Performance Incentive Structure being offered.� Alternatives and Options will also be included. Your proposal must be received no later than April 22, 2024 @ 5:00pm PST and be valid for 90 days after submission.� Submissions must be provided with electronic files in PDF format.� Due to the large file size, the technical package can be located in a designated OneDrive folder.� Contact the Subcontract Administrator for access.� Please carefully review attached SLAC RFP 344341(RH) for further details and instructions.
