Description

The purpose of this fixed price purchase order is to obtain renovation services of six (6) bathrooms and re-piping of all potable water lines, hot, cold and circulation for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government in�14195 Berlin. The prices listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit.� The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price for services that have been satisfactorily performed.� Envisioned start date: July 2024 All work has to be performed according to: Plumbing Work � DIN 1988 Mason Work DIN 18330 Tile Work DIN 18352 General Contract Clauses for Construction Work VOB DIN 18299 Trinkwasser Installation DIN 1988 Fliesenarbeiten nach DIN 18352 Allgem.
