Description:� The United States Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901(e)(2), implemented by FAR 13.501(a) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements bases on proprietary data. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Mustang Advanced Engineering (MAE), located at 2300 Pinnacle Parkway, Twinsburg, OH, 44087. (CAGE code: 0ZV76). For the maintenance and repair of the Vehicle Innovative Powertrain Experimental Research (VIPER) testbed at ARL.
