The Wallowa-Whitman National Forest has a requirement for a mini excavator to support the maintenance of OHV Trails. The requirements listed are the must provide salient characteristics. � Weight less than 6500 lbs. � Width 62 in. or less. � Minimal tail swing (less than 4�). � Tier 4 diesel engine with minimum 24.8 HP. � Enclosed cab with HVAC, deluxe instrument panel, travel motion alarm. � Dozer blade with float. � Hydraulic joystick controls. � Fingertip auxiliary hydraulic control. � Auxiliary Hydraulics W/ Boom Mounted Flush Face Quick Couplers � Rubber tracks. � Dig depth- 114.4 in. � Reach at ground level- 191.9 in. � Max. dump height- 125.3 in. � Arm breakout force- minimum 2547 lbf. � Bucket breakout force- minimum 5652 lbf. � Rated lift capacity- minimum 2359 lbs. � Roll Over Protective Structure (ROPS) � Falling Object Protective Structure (FOPS) � Aux. hydraulic flow- 14.2 gpm. � Aux. hydraulic pressure- 2611 PSI. � Work lights kit for front & rear. � Mirror kit. � Case drain kit. � Class 3 hydraulic clamp. � 36� smooth grading bucket. � 12� toothed digging bucket. � 20� toothed digging bucket. � Nitrogen breaker (approx. 500 lbs. & 350lbf.
