Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�11,600 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�11,600 Space Type:�Office/Flex Parking Spaces (Total):�5 Parking Spaces (Surface):�5 Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�5 Full Term:�10 Years (up to 15 Years) Firm Term:�Up to 10 Years Option Term:�N/A Additional Requirements: Offered building must not be located within an Accident Potential Zone (APZ), as defined as areas where an aircraft accident is most likely to occur in the vicinity of airfields. APZs extend from the end of the runway and apply to the predominant arrival, departure, and pattern flight tracks. In the case where more than 80% of the operations follow a particular departure path that varies from straight out, a curved APZ may also be included. Determination of the property�s location as it pertains to the APZ is at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. If space offered is located on the second floor or above, building must have a loading dock. Multistory buildings must have a freight elevator. Offered building must not be located within 200 feet of any establishment that generates at least 80% of its revenue in alcoholic beverages. Offered building must not be located within 200 feet of any night clubs. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� ). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B. Age of building; 5. Total existing gross square feet; and gross square feet per floor; 6. Site plan depicting the building and parking; 7. Floor plan and gross square footage of the proposed space; 8. Identification of on-site parking; 9. A map demonstrating the building is within the delineated area; 10.
