Description

INL requires the service of a company that can provide to PNC Crime Laboratory (CIF), reagents and human identification kits with the following specifications: Thirteen (13) kits of 400 reactions, for human quantification for use in QuantStudio� 5 Real-Time PCR System. It must have 4 test probes: two different probes for human DNA, an exclusive probe for male DNA, and a DNA probe designed for the measurement of PCR inhibitors and interferents. It must be able to differentiate human DNA and degraded human DNA. Capable of concentrations from 0.005 ng/�L to >50 ng/�L. Manufactured to IS0 18385 standards. Three (03) DNA Human Identification kits of 200 fluorescent reactions for PCR using the STR and mini STR markers technique in forensic genetics that amplifies 24 loci in a PCR reaction (D2S441, D10S1248, D22S1045, D3S1358, D8S1179, D19S433, D5S818, vWA, D1S1656, TH01, D21S11, D13S317, D12S391, D16S539, FGA, D18S51, D7S820, D2S1338, CSF1PO, TPOX, D6S1043, Penta D, Penta E, and Y indel) and the amelogenin marker. The kit must have specialized reaction buffer for a sample with inhibitors. Have the capacity to become a kit of 500 reactions by direct amplification. It must include the allelic ladder of the STR markers. Manufactured to IS0 18385 standards. Two (02) DNA Human Identification kits of 200 fluorescent reactions for PCR using the STR and mini STR markers technique in forensic genetics that amplifies 23 loci in a PCR reaction (D2S441, D10S1248, D22S1045, D3S1358, D8S1179, D19S433, D5S818, vWA, D1S1656, TH01, D21S11, D13S317, D12S391, D16S539, FGA, D18S51, D7S820, D2S1338, CSF1PO, TPOX, SE33, and Y indel) and the amelogenin marker. The kit must have specialized reaction buffer for a sample with inhibitors and provides. Provides an internal quality control system that allows detection and discrimination between amplification inhibition and DNA sample degradation and an in-sample positive amplification control, providing actionable information. It must include the allelic ladder of the STR markers. Manufactured to IS0 18385 standards. Two (02) DNA Human Identification kit of 100 fluorescent reactions for PCR using the 25-YSTR (DYS19, DYS385a/b, DYS387S1a/b, DYS389I, DYS389II, DYS390, DYS391, DYS392, DYS393, DYS437, DYS438, DYS439, DYS448, DYS449, DYS456, DYS458, DYS460, DYS481, DYS518, DYS533, DYS570, DYS576, DYS627, DYS635 (Y GATA C4), and Y GATA H4). It must include the allelic ladder of the Y-STR markers.� Have the capacity to become a kit of 100 reactions by direct amplification. Manufactured to IS0 18385 standards. Five (05) kits (800 reactions) of internal molecular size standard for the offer DNA Human Identification Kits. One (01) ROI Background Calibration Kit (Region of Interest and Background Plates) for use in QuantStudio� 5 Real-Time PCR System of 96 well 0.2mL standard block. Twenty (20) bottles (25mL each bottle) of highly deionized (Hi-Di) formamide for resuspend PCR samples before electrokinetic injection in capillary electrophoresis systems. Three (03) packages of 12 bottles (250mL each bottle) of DNA Degradation solution that eliminate unwanted DNA and DNase from glassware and plastic ware without affecting subsequent DNA samples.
