- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04 effective 5/1/2024, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 3/26/2024. The NAICS code for this requirement is 722513 Limited Service Restaurants (SBA Size Standard is $13.5M). �The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is 8940 - Special Dietary Foods and Food Specialty Preparations. Evaluation of the quote will be based on Price and Technical Capability; award will be made to the vendor whose response represents the Best Value to the government. **NOTE** Please see the FAR clause 52.212-2 � Evaluation � Commercial Products and Commercial Services for full evaluation information and included addendum. This acquisition has a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating of: None Set-Aside: Total Small Business Questions and requests for clarification in response to this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Scott Wittry at scott.m.wittry.civ@army.mil no later than the date and time below: LAST DATE TO SUBMIT QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS: May 8, 2024 Responses will be consolidated and posted as an amendment to this combined synopsis/solicitation. Quotations in response to this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Scott Wittry at scott.m.wittry.civ@army.mil no later than the date and time below: SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: Monday May 13, 2024 SOLICITATION CLOSING TIME: 11:59 PM PDT Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all the stated solicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Interested offeror quotations shall be valid for at least 15 days after the solicitation close date. Requirement Description: The Nevada National Guard requires delivered meals in Las Vegas, NV and Bellmont, AZ.� All meals shall be individually boxed.� Please see the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO) documents with meal specifications, times, and location for each training event. Input all associated costs into attached Pricing Sheet. NOTE:� This may result in a multiple award based on offers received.� Offerors are not required to quote all locations.� The government does prefer a single award, however pricing will determine a single or multiple award decision.� See pricing sheet for details.
