- **BRAND NAME ONLY** FAR 6.302-1(c) is being invoked to limit sources to only MFR: Altium.�� This one time buy is pursuant to the ward for Altium Licenses and� is a set-aside for 100% small business under NAICS Code 513210.�� Technical specifications include that quoted part number is a brand name match to the requested part number and compliant to delivery schedule.� Vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through vendor portal or EDI. � Quoted part number must be brand name MFR: Altium.� See Brand Name Justification (Attachment 1), quote ALL or none. Duration of licenses is for one (1) year from 07/31/2024 to 07/30/2025 This procurement is a one-time buy for the following Brand name P/N(s) : P/N: 14-004-1-WC, Licenses Renewal, QTY 4 P/N: 14-004-1-WC, Licenses Renewal, QTY 1 P/N: 14-000-1-UC, Licenses Restart, QTY 1 P/N: 14-004-1-UC, Licenses Restart, QTY 1 P/N: 14-004-1-UC, Licenses Renewal, QTY 1 P/N: 14-000-1-UC, Licenses Restart, QTY 1 P/N: 14-004-1-UC, License Restart, QTY 1 P/N: 14-004-1-WC, License Renewal, QTY 1 P/N: 14-022-06-D, QTY 2 Address:� � NUWC - Keyport, WA 98345 Award is subject to the terms and conditions of the RFQ document, including but not limited to the following: Delivery is required and is 07/31/2024 or sooner.
