Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION regarding market capabilities for businesses who are interested in the opportunity and willing to provide an estimate. Please submit your socioeconomic status and CAGE code WITH ANY RESPONSE. The Government intends to Award a Firm Fixed Price FFP order using FAR part 12 and Part 13 procedures. Service Needed:�Lake Region Highschool (LRHS) Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (MCJROTC) needs a training site with facilities, lodging, logistical support, meals, training areas, and training activities that provides an immersive environment for sixty (60) cadets and five (5) chaperons. CONTRACTOR SHALL/MUST:� - Be located whitin 600 miles of Lake Region High School (Eagle Lake, FL 33839) -�Provide a full camp site that prevents interaction with any other school or program to facilitate execution of LRHS MCJROTC School District�s COVID Protocol. -�Provide billeting for cadets and Chaperones in their onsite facilities. Cots, beds, or other forms of beds are required for everyone.� Billeting must provide adequate bathroom facilities to include clean, working showers and sinks with hot and cold running water, toilets or toilets with urinals with running water. Shower curtains or some other form of shower barrier is required. -�Provide an environment in accordance with the American Camp Association (ACA) accreditation of health, safety, and risk management.� - Provide 715 Meals for cadets and chaperones. Meals shall include at a minimum; a primary entr�e with a vegetarian substitute (protein), three side dish options (vegetables and starches), fruit (breakfast), salad (lunch and dinner), bread (breakfast and dinner), dessert (dinner), and a minimum of two beverage options at each meal. -�Provide billeting for cadets and Chaperones in their onsite facilities. Cots, beds, or other forms of beds are required for everyone.� Billeting must provide adequate bathroom facilities to include clean, working showers and sinks with hot and cold running water, toilets or toilets with urinals with running water. Shower curtains or some other form of shower barrier is required. - Provide certified and trained staff and equipment for archery, riflery, fire building, friendship bracelets, and swimming to ensure a safe training environment.
