East: �N Oracle Rd./Hwy 77 to W Ina Rd./E Ina Rd to E Skyline Dr. to E Sunrise Dr. to N Kolb Rd. to N Sabino Canyon Rd. to E Tanque Rd. to N Houghton Rd. to E Valencia Rd. South: E Valencia Rd. to S Mission Rd. West: S Mission Rd. to S Grande Ave. to Congress St. to N Silverbell Rd. and turns into W Lambert Ln to N Portland Ave. to W Avra Valley Rd. to Interstate 10 to W Tangerine Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��5,996 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��6,595 Space Type:��Office Parking Spaces (Total):��16 reserved surface spaces (4 of which must be accessible parking spaces) Full Term:�15 Years Firm Term:�10 Years Option Term:�N/A Additional Requirements: Occupancy must be located in contiguous space within a modern office building on one floor.� Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building fa�ade, column spacing less than 20� on center, etc. Offered spaces on the second floor and above must have at least one elevator available for use. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 2 and other security requirements determined by GSA. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the�1-percent-annual-chance�floodplain (formerly referred to as��100-year��floodplain).
