General Program Guide, PG-08-15, Volume C Page 4 April 1995 Fort Wayne AE SOW Page 1 The Contractor shall provide all necessary services (i.e., labor, materials, tools, equipment, and competent supervision) to remove and replace an estimated 225 square feet of 2 damaged concrete located in the drive lane of the east atrium drop-off in front of the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center. The period of performance is 60 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is not a solicitation. A solicitation with additional information is expected to be issued on SAM.gov on or about May 28, 2024.
