Type of Notice: Pre-Solicitation Notice Title: RFP # 12905B24R0010 � CONSTRUCTION OF TWO BUILDINGS WITH CONCRETE FOUNDATION Description: The Contractor shall provide a proposal for the construction of two buildings at tropical plant genetic resource and disease research unit, Hilo, HI. THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area Office has a construction requirement for the construction of two buildings at tropical plant genetic resource and disease research unit, Hilo, HI. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Please see attachment for further details
