Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, supervision, material, equipment, and performing all operations to provide replacement of all sealant, caulking, and backer rod from pre-cast concrete horizontal structure of parking structure at precast double T sections. Work does not include floor level 1 slab on grade locations. The work shall be performed at a parking structure consisting of two above ground levels, located at Great Lakes Naval Station, in Great Lakes, IL. AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to include the requirement of VETS 4212 Report with proposal. Proposal due date remains Wednesday, June 5, at 12:00 PM CT. There are no attachments included with Amendment 0001. AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to release the site visit roster sheet. The site visit was held on May 13, 2024.
