This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov. 2. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 and DFARS Change Notice 2024-0425. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The size standard is: $36.5 (millions of dollars) REQUIREMENT INFORMATION: The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing the following: This requirement has durations with required delivery dates for each project being relayed by the project COR and is set to begin after the delivery of a notice to proceed to the vendor: Project 1: Base Period: 52 Consecutive Weeks Option Period 1: 4 Consecutive Weeks Option Period 2: 4 Consecutive Weeks Project 2: Base Period: 52 Consecutive Weeks Option Period 1: 52 Consecutive Weeks Option Period 2: 45 Consecutive Weeks Option Period 3: 4 Consecutive Weeks Project 3: Base Period: 52 Consecutive Weeks Option Period 1: 52 Consecutive Weeks Option Period 2: 25 Consecutive Weeks Option Period 3: 4 Consecutive Weeks Place of Performance: Project 1: Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, CA Project 2: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME Project 3: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME METHOD OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Offers shall be emailed. (END OF COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION) Q: What the available power supply will be as this will impact the cost and equipment we provide here? A: The government (shop 99E) uses these connectors for 110v 15A services.�https://www.jbn-duraline.com/product/male-pigtail-plugs-12-3-male-black-m101802-012b-010-blk/ Q: Is this single phase, 220v, 50amp power available? Or is there 3-phase by chance? A:�This 110V 15A Refrigerator box would most likely be fed from a 110/208 panel that is stepped down from a 3 phase 440V 400A service. Single phase 50A services are not readily available (but could provide if that was the only option for a specific component or service). There is an abundance of 3 phase power available.
