Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation?for?commercial items,?prepared in accordance with the format in?subpart?12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only?solicitation that Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to issue, and is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of Electronic Personal Dosimeters (EPD); no other written?solicitation?will be issued.�Request for Proposal (RFP) N00167-24-R-0040 is being issued by NSWCCD for the requirements detailed in the Solicitiation. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 15, for a total of�30,600 photon EPDs and 50 software-interface readers, incidental training, quarterly program reviews and data deliverables, that conform to the Statement of Work (SOW) requirements and Performance Specifications attached herein, during a five-year period if all options are exercised.� The Government intends to evaluate all timely proposals received from eligible offerors on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. The Government intends to award without discussions; however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary.� The solicitation and its applicable Section J exhibits and attachments are available unlocked as part of this announcement.
