Origin) animals and documentation to DHS-S&T-PIADC, 40550 Rt. 25, Orient Point Warehouse, Orient Point, NY 11957. Delivery shall be between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., Tuesday thru Thursday, excluding Federal holidays. Delivery is required within 7 � 14 days after order is placed.
