Description
Schriever Space Force Base (SSFB), CO is looking to implement a fixed-site commercial spectrum monitoring system with a sensor range up to 40 GHz that will actively detect, classify, and geo-locate unauthorized RF emitters near and around Schriever Space Force Base (SSFB), CO. Also, move the similar monitoring capabilities near and around Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), CO with a sensor range up 18 GHz. The primary goals are to replace the currently installed four RFeye 100-18 nodes with the RFeye 100-40 nodes at SSFB. Also, add the four removed RFeye 100-18 nodes and install them at PSFB. This will obtain long-term contractor support for the hardware/software provided by the contractor, and for the contractor to provide technical consulting and basic operations training for personnel that will be utilizing the system. Please respond to the following questions: Is there a different brand of node that can be implemented into the current system including four RFeye Nodes? If so, would this different brand be easily implemented into the system and be 100% fully functional and compatible? Are you able to provide the brand of RFeye Node 100-40? Are you able to work on RFeye 100-18 nodes? If there is no other brand of node that can work with the existing system in place, is there any way to modify the software or add an interface unit of some kind so that it would work with the existing networked nodes? If your brand of node is incompatible with the system in place, can you explain why it is not compatible? Are the products you intend to supply available on a product list or are they on a different contract list (i.e., GSA) or are they open market? Are you able to ensure TAA compliance for all products and services related to this requirement? Please list your SAM Unique Entity Identifier if you are registered in SAM.gov and whether you are a small business. Please email all responses to Sara Tolva (sara.tolva@spaceforce.mil). Please repsond by 23 May 2024 at 1400 MDT.
