- Amendment 0001 to solicitation W56HZV-21-Q-0019. 1. The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W56HZV-21-Q-0019 is to: a. Extend the solicitation from 22 February 2024 to 5:00 pm EST 22 March 2024. b. Incorporate the updated Technical Data Package (TDP) to resolve issues with obsolete parts, updated TDP is titled ""Updated TDP 12590314 18 January 2024"". c. Add the following Clauses to SECTION I - CONTRACT CLAUSES: (252.204-7006) Billing Instructions Cost Vouchers (MAY 2023) (252.225-7016) Restriction on Acquisition of Ball and Roller Bearings (JAN 2023) (252.223-7008) Prohibition of Hexavalent Chromium (JAN 2023) (52.204-30) Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act Orders--Prohibition (DEC 2023) (52.204-27) Prohibition on a ByteDance Covered Application (Jun 2023) (252.204-7024) Notice on the Use of the Supplier Performance Risk System (MAR 2023) 2. As a result of this amedment, the solicitation is extended for 30 days from 22 February 2024 to 5:00 pm EST on 22 February 2024. All interested Offerors may submit a new price proposal. Instructions for submitting proposals are provided within this solicitation. 3. Interested Offerors may submit a new price proposal via email to the Contract Specialist (Pasquale.c.lucci.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W56HZV-21-Q-0019 (company name. Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. 4. This amendment is required to be acknowledged to ensure the offeror has downloaded the updated TDP, titled ""Updated TDP 12590314 18 January 2024"". 5. Except as specifically provided in this amendment, all other terms and conditions to remain unchanged and in full force and effect. ***As of 22 February 2024, W56HZV-21-Q-0019 with Amendment 0001 is posted.�Quotes are due no later than Friday, 22 March 2024 at 5:00pm EST.*** The Army Contracting Command- Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Solicitation�for Relay Assembly. This�requirement is Total Small Business Set-Aside competed under NAICS Code: 335314. Quantity: 178 EA NSN:�5945-01-610-1461 Applicable Part Number: EF-4957-010 **Technical Data Package (TDP) is competitive. This TDP is export controlled.�Offerors must be registered within the DLA Joint Certification Program (JCP) system in order to gain access to TDP. TDP is limited to DOD and US DOD Contractors** Quotes are due no later than Wednesday,�15 February 2023 at 5:00pm EST. Quotes may be emailed to Pasquale C.
