- N4008523R2535 Regional Fire Alarm Services for Hampton Roads of Virginia The agency is in receipt of a pre-award protest. This amendment (0009) is issued to extend the proposal due date until further notice. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment and other items necessary to provide facility investment services as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Demonstrate the ability to provide all provide maintenance and services for Hampton Roads Regional Fire Protection Systems in NAVFAC Mid Atlantic.
