Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Office of the Chief Procurement Office (OCPO), Office of Information Technology Acquisition (OITA), Tier Management, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Altova, Inc., Inc located at 3 Bessom St #122 Marblehead, MA 01945-2372 using the procedures in FAR Part 13, to provide Customized License Development. �Altova, Inc., Inc is the sole provider for Altova XMLSpy 2024 Professional XML Editor - SMP licenses and �Support & Maintenance Package (SMP) for Altova GmbH . �The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b)., Soliciting from a single source.� The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services �with a business size standard of 34M.� �� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �� This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes, nor will one be posted on SAM.Gov.
