- The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to answer questions posed by potential offerors and to revise sections A and H of the solicitation. See amendment 0001 attached for details.Request for Proposals (RFP) W15QKN22R0024 has been posted. In order to receive Solicitation Attachment 0010 DD254 through the DoD SAFE site, Attachment 0004, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Attachment 0005 AMSTA 1350 Technical Data Questionnaire, and Attachment 0007 DD 2345 Military Critical Technical Data Agreement (provided as attachments to this notice) must be submitted to the attention of Brianne Dodd at brianne.a.dodd.civ@army.mil and Nicole Thalmann at nicole.l.thalmann.civ@army.mil, with request for solicitation attachments. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command - Armaments Center (DEVCOM-AC) at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to issue a competitive 100% small business set-aside Request for Proposal (RFP) for the award of multiple five (5) year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) delivery orders and Cost Reimbursable (CR) CLINS for travel and material costs. This requirement is for Omnibus for Research and Development, Engineering and Support in the areas of Weapons Development, Cannon Development, AT-Systems Testing/Diagnostics and Netcentric Support. A Sources Sought Notice (SSN), W15QKN-23-X-0ULS, was issued on SAM.gov from 17 February 2023 to 20 March 2023. The anticipated total maximum ceiling value of all contracts awarded is $467,695,552.63. The highest Distribution Level for this solicitation/contract is Distribution Statement D. All questions are to be submitted via email only to Brianne Dodd at brianne.a.dodd.civ@army.mil and Nicole Thalmann at nicole.l.thalmann.civ@army.mil. The last day to submit questions is Thursday, June 20, 2024 by 1500 hrs.
