The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) Product Service Code: J065 - MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- MEDICAL,DENTAL, AND VETERINARY EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES NAICS Code: 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Place of Performance: Ellsworth AFB , SD 57706 USA The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity � Central Division has issued this Solicitation as a Request for Quotes to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for the 28th Medical Group at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota for Steris Brand Medical Sterilizer and Washer Maintenance Services from 09 June 2024 - 08 June 2029. This will be a 100% Small Business set-aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811210 with a size standard of $34M.
