Description
This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued as a market research to gather information for anticipated requirement for��Enhancing AI Integration in Human and Health Services only.���See attacment for detailed instruction on submitting responses. SUMMARY� With the advent of generative technology, artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the game faster than ever before. The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), guided by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), invites input on leveraging AI to enhance operations across human and health services.�� In alignment with the HHS Data Strategy, HHS AI Strategy, Executive Order 14110, and OMB M-24-10, ACF seeks to understand industry perspectives and offerings on use cases and guardrails for the use of AI in human services and health services. Responses will inform ACF and HHS�s AI strategic plans and guidance for staff and external constituents.� DATES� Responses are required within 30 days of publication.� ADDRESSES� Submit responses to ai@acf.hhs.gov. Please include ""ACF-AI-RFI-2024"" in the subject line.� OBJECTIVES� Understand current industry offerings and practices for enhancing human services delivery with AI-enabled technologies� Identify innovative AI applications that can enhance interoperability within and between human services, health services and human and health services� Gather stakeholder insights on overcoming interoperability challenges with AI� Solicit industry recommendations for AI use cases and risk guardrails in public service domains�
