- Please review NSN 2940-15-028-9201 (FILTER ELEMENT, INTA) and provide any sources that may be able to manufacture this item. The approved sources for this part are: IVECO DEFENCE VEHICLES S.P.A. A4249 P/N 5802025313 �UFI FILTERS SPA A4408 P/N DF.000.44� All information may be submitted directly to the Contract Specialist, Tiffany Lynn at Tiffany.Lynn@dla.mil Should a company wish to be reviewed and qualified as an �Approved Source,� they may submit an application package through the DLA Land and Maritime Alternate Offer/Source Approval Request (SAR) Program.� A SAR package contains all the technical data needed to demonstrate that the prospective contractor can competently manufacturer the product to the same level of quality or better than the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
