- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q24R0016 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is a small business set aside under NAICS 561920 with a size standard of $20M. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2024-05, Effective May 22, 2024, and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) Publication Notice (DPN) dated April 25, 2024. The Mississippi National Guard, USPFO-MS P&C office intends to issue a contract for meeting space, audio visual support, refreshments, childcare and parking in the Biloxi, MS area to host a Yellow Ribbon event in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 15 May 2024. Period of Performance shall be July 26-28, 2024, with setup on 26 July 2024. The selected vendor shall provide all materials, labor, transportation, and technical expertise necessary to complete this requirement. 0001 � Yellow Ribbon Event (Qty: 1 Job) Basis of Award: A purchase order will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government according to FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Evaluation will be in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 and is based on Best Value to the Government with Price, Technical Acceptability, and Performance History all given equal consideration; To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of quotes, offerors must comply with instructions contained herein. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this RFQ. Proposals shall include: (1) Detailed description of services being offered in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and (2) Detailed price quote of all services being provided, and (3) Recent/Relevant Past Performance History: Provide at least three (3) projects, similar in scope, performed within the past 3 years. The offeror may also be evaluated based on other internal Government or private source information (i.e. CPARS, FAPIIS, etc). Note: quotes submitted without detailed description information and/or only restate the government provided specification will not be considered acceptable and shall be removed from further consideration. This notice does not obligate the Government to award the contract; it does not restrict the government's ultimate approach; nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any quote/proposal preparation costs. The Government intends to make a single award but may make multiple awards if determined to be advantageous to the government. Only firm fixed price offers will be evaluated. Along with your quote, please provide your Company Name with CAGE Code, TIN, UEI and Company POC with contact information (email and telephone number), and prompt payment discount terms (i.e. NET 30).� SAM is a mandatory requirement for all DoD Government contracts. You must be registered and have an active status in order to be eligible for award of a contract.
