- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 6913G624Q300049 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through�Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05, effective 05/22/2024. The NAICS Code is 531130. The small business size standard is $34.0 M.� This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The U.S. Department of Transportation, John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center), Cambridge, MA,� requires a climate-controlled storage space located no further than 10 miles from the San Francisco International Airport.�� REQUIREMENTS (see attachment): The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order as a result of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. This notice is expected to result in a single award, subject to receipt of an acceptable proposal. Please provide a firm fixed price quote in accordance with the attached SF-1449 Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINS) pricing sheet, and The Statement of Work. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: The quote should be addressed to the following: U.S. Department of Transportation, Volpe National Transportation Systems Center, Attn: Darcy Hubbard, V-222, 220 Binney Street, Cambridge, MA 02142. The signed offer must be submitted via e-mail to Darcy.Hubbard@dot.gov. The time for receipt of offers is 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, 06/18/2024. All offerors must have completed the following representations via Sam.Gov.
