Marine Corps Base Hawaii has a requirement�to survey beaches located on MCBH, Marine Corps Training Area Bellows (MCTAB), and Pu'Uloa Range in order to detect active sea turtle nests via detection dogs utilizing the Cloacal Fluid method.� Please review the Instructions to Offerors�starting at Page 23 and ending on Page 24 for submission requirements.
