- Description
- The objective of this sources sought is to locate vendors who can, in real time, simulate and generate high fidelity GNSS signals at RF as received by a platform with arbitrary trajectory. This is difficult to do correctly: for a single constellation there are N satellites in orbit each with their own doppler and range. A simulator must generate the appropriate data packets given ephemeris data, modulate it with the correct GNSS modulation scheme, apply doppler and relative time offsets, apply propagation effects from space -> ground, apply platform effects like doppler. The GNSS must be able to support multiple channels simultaneously regarding Interference/Spoof/Jam Hardware + Software Simulator.
