- Description
- Reagents to prepare libraries using human and animal samples that later will be sequenced in the MiSeq and Miniseq platforms. Kits must be designed for library preparation and sequencing. The library preparation kit should include a variety of steps that include enzymatic fragmentation, size selection, end-repair, a-tail and ligation step in the same reaction. The process should allow including dual index at the 5 and 3 prime ends for later sample identification. Also, the library preparation kit should be designed to construct libraries with a low DNA input (~50ng) with master-mixed reagents ready to use. Similarly, the sequencing kit should allow us to run more than 150 sequencing cycles. Those cycles are needed to run paired-end libraries with a high-quality performance. We expect to have more than 2.0Gb per sequencing run with high Q30 values. Finally, the sequencing kit should include an internal control to validate the sequencing run. FC-110-3001 PhiX Control v3 kit - 3 quantities MS-102-3003 MiSeq Reagent kit v3 (600-cycle) - 17 quantities FC-131-1096 Nextera XT DNA Sample Preparation kit - 6 quantities FC-131-2001 Nextera XT DNA Index kit - 4 quantities FC-420-1003 MiniSeq High Output Reagent Kit (300 cycles) - 9 quantities Items requested must be shipped to the Callao International Airport in two installments: first shipment must be executed upon award signature; and second one must be executed five months after that first shipment. This timeline is important since these reagents are very time-sensitive and have limited expiration dates.
