- The 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron is seeking sources for the expansion of a Giant Voice System. CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS:� 560 Central Avenue, Building 287, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI 96860 INTRODUCTION: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services. Bellows Air Force Station requires contractor support to Engineer, Design, Furnish, Install, and Test (EDFI&T) a turnkey Giant Voice (GV) System. The current GV system consists of three (3) GV poles (i.e., towers), which includes omni-directional ATI siren arrays. The new GV system shall consist of four (4) outdoor GVTs total and shall provide emergency messages, intelligible voice, tones, and pre-recorded alert notifications for the entire Bellows AFS, HI populace. It shall be able to communicate over the existing wireless, Very High Frequency (VHF) communications infrastructure. The replacement stand-alone GV system shall provide sufficient intelligible voice coverage for the entire base populace with real time emergency alerting messages and accurate system health activities.
