- NGB-DEI is a functional proponent of the National Guard Bureau (NGB) specialstaff and provides strategic and operational Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI)guidance to the Army National Guard and Air National Guard units within the 54 States and Territories. The Temperamental Intelligence (TI) train-the-trainercertification program has been the foundational diversity and inclusion training provided to the NGB since 2011. This contract is intended to meet the requirements set forth in Executive Order14035: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility in the Federal Workforce,Section 9. Training and learning dated June 25, 2021, by delivering consistentand coherent education and training on diversity, equity, inclusion, andaccessibility throughout the National Guard workforce. The training seeks todevelop a force multiplier cadre that supports the development andsustainment of an inclusive culture that can attract, recruit, develop, and retain the best of the nation�s diverse talent pool, including those in majority populations. Building upon the foundation of mutual respect for all the TI training sets the stage in developing the human skillsets the National Guard needs for a more agile, innovative, and resilient combat force.��This eff ort aims to certify designated National Guard diversity & inclusionpractitioners and strategic diversity educators to deliver diversity and inclusion training/education that improves overall team performance and missionreadiness. The TI train-the-trainer certification course encompasses apersonality assessment, leadership maturity continuum education, and follow-on practitioner coaching sessions. The certification program enablespractitioners and strategic diversity educators with the insight and methodologyto deliver this training at all levels of the organization. The TI train-the-trainercertification program is a commercial off -the-shelf training course with asatisfactory delivery track record to Government agencies. The TI train-the-trainer certification course is a time-saving and low-cost training that delivers aninstructional diversity training program that integrates a proven personalityassessment tool to identify key temperament characteristics of self and others within a team environment. The TI train-the-trainer training certification coursealso enables practitioners and strategic educators to refine facilitation and communications skills while gaining the fundamentals and a comprehensive look at valuing and leveraging unique temperaments within the organization. In addition, practitioners and strategic diversity educators will be able tocommunicate confidently in advising senior leadership on personality typepreference and related cognitive and behavioral diversity dynamics that impact�self-awareness, relationship management, team cohesion, and ultimatelymission performance. The Government intends to execute a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Order (TO). ThePeriod of Performance (PoP) for this action will encompass one one-year (12-month) base period and four one-year (12-month) option periods.
