This procurement is a small business set-aside. Certified Cost and Pricing Data is not required. EEO clearance is not required. Surge applies with MWR of 13. Progress Payments are not authorized for this procurement. This is a critical application item. This is an Air Force critical safety item. � The Supplier Performance Risk System applies.
