Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. AGAR 4G32.703-4 Release of Solicitations in Advance of Funding Availability ""Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs."" Vendor to supply quote per ton for pick up and delivery of different types of stone for project roads located on the Eastern Divide Ranger District on the George Washington & Jefferson National Forest per the attached Schedule of Items & Description in Solicitation 12443924Q0040. This procurement is set aside for Small Business.� The NAICS code is 212319 and the buisness size standard is 500 employees. The Period of Performance is 6/15/2024 - 6/14/2025. Vendor must be registered as active in the System for Award Mgt (SAM) prior to submission of offer in order for their quote to be considered. Quote packages are due no later than 17:00 (EST) on 6/14/2024.
