N0016424RGP83 � TR-343 & TR-343A (Connectorized) Transducer Tube Assemblies � PSC 9520 � NAICS 332812 Anticipated Issue Date: 24 June 2024 � Closing Date: 9 July 2024 � 4:00 PM EST Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the new fabrication and refurbishment for both TR-343 and TR-343A (Connectorized) Transducer tube assemblies. The Tube Assembly is the housing used for the TR-343 Transducer, as part of the AN/SQS-53C Hull Mounted Sonar Array Subsystem, AN/SQQ-89(V) Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) System.� The AN/SQQ-89(V) is a fully integrated Surface Ship Undersea Warfare (USW) combat system with the capability to search, detect, classify, localize and attack submarine targets.� The Tube Assembly provides a protective housing for the working components of the TR-343/TR-343A Transducer. Contractors proposing to deliver new production/fabrication Tube Assemblies shall fabricate a minimum of twelve (12) new Tube Assemblies as First Article Testing (FAT) units. Contractors proposing to deliver refurbished Tube Assemblies shall fabricate a minimum of twelve (12) refurbished Tube Assemblies as First Article Testing (FAT) units. The Contractor shall conduct first article testing consistent with the requirements identified in the drawings. The Government may waive FAT at its own discretion for previously approved vendors. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this five (5) year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract on a full and open competition after exclusion of sources basis in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.203, as a 100% small business set aside. Delivery is required FOB Destination.� Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), the Joint Certification Program (JCP), and the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) in order to receive the controlled attachments.
