- This is a Request for Information (RFI) only.� Do not submit a proposal. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered an Invitation for Bid, Request for Task Execution Plan, Request for Quotation or a Request for Proposal.� Additionally, there is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described in this RFI.� Your response to this RFI will be treated only as information for the Government to consider.� You will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that you incur in responding to this RFI.� This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract.� No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort.� The information provided may be used by the VA in developing its acquisition strategy.� Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response.� The Government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this RFI. The Veterans Affair (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization - Integration Office (EHRM-IO) is in search for Microsoft Power BI (Power BI) custom visualizations that enable the generation of reports, charts, and other documents based on Power BI data.� The current thinking of the government with respect to the potential universe of tools and/or functionality that could help the VA achieve its goals includes the following perspectives: Ability to visualize through the use of Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) language in addition to Hypertext Markup Language. Ability to fully customize Tables. Ability to animate Graphics Interchange Formats (GIFs). Ability to change font size, font colors (including within cells) as well as bar and column colors. Ability to create custom visualizations. Ability to insert videos and GIFs into reports. Ability to use dynamic maps to display routes, or multiple statuses. Ability to format Power BI using all of the following: HyperText Markup Language (HTML), CSS, Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG), and GIFs. Ability to render HTML in Power BI reports. Ability to format Power BI Reports and customize reports in numerous ways � in line formatting, font, color, and change speed and direction of other visuals such as ticker tape direction, size, and speed. Ability to embed various types of videos and/or SharePoint sites to customize the user experience. Ability to customize key performance indicators (KPI) cars and customize tables. The Test Process and Quality Management Branch (TPQM) within Test Management and Operations (TMO), Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V), will use this capability to customize data to create custom charts, slides and other artifacts for use by VA senior leaders. The custom visualizations shall include updates and customer assistance. . It is requested that all companies interested in participating in this effort please note their interest and submit responses to the items listed below.� If interested please provide the following: What products do you offer that you believe can help us solve the above problems?� What are the key features and differentiators of your solutions? Please provide details on its capabilities, performance, and any known limitations. Which of the following can the product format Power BI using:� HTML, CSS, SVG, and GIFs?� Please provide business size, UEI, and CAGE code.
