Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TX City: Houston Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: Starting on the intersection of Gulf Freeway (Hwy 45) and Sam Houston Tollway, head Eastward on Sam Houston Tollway, until reaching the intersection of Sam Houston Tollway and Geno Red Bluff Rd. From the intersection of Sam Houston Tollway and Geno Red Bluff Rd, head Eastbound on Geno Red Bluff Rd, until reaching the intersection of Geno Red Bluff Rd and Space Center Blvd. Eastern Boundary: From the intersection of Geno Red Bluff Rd and Space Center Blvd, head Southbound on Space Center Blvd until reaching the intersection of Space Center Blvd and Nasa Pkwy (528). Southern Boundary: From the intersection of Space Center Blvd and Nasa Pkwy (528), head Westbound on Nasa Pkwy (528) until reaching the intersection of Nasa Pkwy (528) and Nasa Byp. From the intersection of Nasa Pkwy (528) and Nasa Byp, head Southbound on Nasa Byp until reaching the intersection of Nasa Byp and Gulf Freeway (Hwy 45). Western Boundary: From the intersection of Nasa Byp and Gulf Freeway (Hwy 45), head Northbound on Gulf Freeway (Hwy 45) until reaching the intersection of Gulf Freeway (Hwy 45) and Sam Houston Tollway. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,800 Maximum Sq. Ft.
