- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSNs shown below:. NSNs�5965011640561, 5965014653363, 5965014669932, 5965014795605, 5965015966998, 5965016287205, 6135015607877 An Indefinite Delivery Quantity Long-Term Contract solicitation will be for a three year base period with and two one-year option periods which will be extended in one year increments, at the discretion of the Government. The total duration not exceed five years. NAICs 334310 applicable with Small Business Size Standard 750. Items will be procured i/a/w approved CAGE/ part numbers. The acquisition will be unrestricted with other than full and open competition.�DLA does not possess adequate data, lacks rights to data, and/or has no record of an alternate Design Control Activity approved sources; therefore, technical data is not available and cannot be developed to permit full and open competition. The solicitation will be available on or about July 15, 2024 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on the RFP.� �All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered.� While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.� All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars.� All interested suppliers may submit an offer.� Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This acquisition involves a consolidation of requirements IAW FAR 7.107-2 and has been determined necessary and justified. The determination will be posted with the solicitation IAW 7.107-5(c).
