- Description
- The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole source contract to Tax Analysts (Tax Notes software), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).� The contractor shall provide licenses/subscriptions for the Tax Notes Software for a period of one base year. Tax Analysts is the sole provider of the Tax Notes software subscriptions and license for legal use of this product can only be obtained through Tax Analysts and there are no authorized resellers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interests and/or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer via email at Patrick.A.Floyd@irs.gov and JW.R.Terry@irs.gov, no later than 11:00AM (eastern) 26 July 2024.�Only emailed responses will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.� For vendors interested in submitting a capability statements a detailed description of Tax Analysts owner of Tax Notes Software is as follows.
