- Description
- PIMC requires the Teledyne FlowLink environmental compliance criteria software and license for use in the data collection process for the facility wastewater compliance permit. The software will allow for expedited workflow including daily data reviews of continuous pH monitoring, temperature, and flow of wastewater per facility permit requirements. The software should allow users to review and investigate environmental compliance criteria for the following: 1. Evaluation of pH continuous readings 2. Evaluate daily and monthly wastewater flow in gallons 3. Evaluate trends in fluctuations of flow measurements The purpose of the environmental compliance criteria is to satisfy the City of Phoenix Wastewater permit for a readily available data review, monitoring, and investigation process. The PIMC Environmental Health and Safety personnel will use this environmental compliance software for verifying environmental permit compliance and launching investigations to any identified anomalies. The software is integral to the data collect process for environmental compliance, as it relieves the burden of utilizing the PIMC IT department to retrieve data from a USB. The current workflow includes manual collection of data from the wastewater meter via USB, submission to the PIMC IT department for retrieval, and upload to PIMC EOC shared drive for review. The utilization of Flowlink software allows the direct connection of a PIMC laptop to the wastewater meter for data download onto the designated computer. Environmental Health and Safety personnel can then review environmental data and generate reports for download onto PIMC designated computers and share drives to provide to the City of Phoenix as part of the monthly compliance reporting requirement. The purpose of this post is primarily designed to identify BIA firms capable and interested in meeting the government's need. All capable parties are invited to express interest. All respondents are required to submit the following: Capability Statement Brochure of Software offered IEE Representation Form with SAM UEI
