- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) is hosting its monthly virtual First Friday�s training titled �How to Develop a Capabilities Statement�. This webinar is free and open to all of industry. Join GSA OSDBU for insight and tips on how to develop a Capabilities Statement. These statements are primarily used for marketing outreach and provide key elements for a good understanding of what your company does.
