Description: The Office of National Marine Sanctuaries requires one new and unused Class II research vessel for operations in American Samoa.� The vessels will carry science and dive parties of up to nine persons total.� The vessels will conduct the following missions: Monitoring, coral restoration, water sampling, mooring buoys, reef & fish surveys, partner missions, education & outreach, and emergency response. This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is being conducted using FAR Part 13 procedures, in conjunction with FAR Part 12.
