- This statement refers to the Sterile Processing Department for replacement of two Steris AMSCO washer disinfectors which have reached the end of life, and AMSCO drying cabinets. The SOW Washer Disinfector Salient characters are as follows: Steris Washer Salient Characteristics: Must be comparable to AMSCO 7053HP, 200-208V, 3 PH, 60HZ steam heated Washer/Disinfector, single chamber. Must be compliant with ANSI/AAMI ST 15883-2 and ISO 15883-2 standards for thermal disinfection. Shall offer operating dimensions of no more than 42 x 80 ¾ x 38 due to preexisting structure. Shall offer chamber dimensions of no more than 26 ½ x 26 ¼ x 31 ½ due to preexisting structure. Shall offer loading height comparable to cart. Shall offer constructed stainless steel with removable stainless-steel filter preventing debris from entering pump and piping system. Must have easy cycle install with icon-based touchscreen panel. Must have the installation kit, flexible hoses for utilities, to include manual shut off valves and manometer for pressure reading on all water inlet lines. Must have a manual shut off valve for both steam and condensate return lines. Must have color visual progress indicator. Must have LED Status indicator lighting. Must have spray arm system providing entire chamber coverage. Shall offer audible warning system with adjustable volume. Must have a space saving, power vertical sliding door. Must have factory-loaded cycles with up to 20 custom cycles. Must have steam-heated, electric heated. Must include operation and maintenance manual. AMSCO Rack Return Must have an Obstruction Sensor that automatically opens the door when an obstruction is present. Must have an Interlocked two door system helps maintain compliance with ANSI/ASHRAE/ASHE Standard 170-2017, Ventilation of Health Care Facilities by maintaining negative airflow on the soiled side and positive pressure on the clean side. Must accommodate both standard and long chamber racks and is compatible with universal and hinge style transfer carts. Amsco 400 26X37.5X60 Prevacuum Single Hinge Recessed, 1 Wall Rh Steam 480V. Must have a high-capacity chamber that is validated to sterilize up to 15 25lb instrument trays. Must efficiently sterilize heat- and moisture-stable materials and must be equipped with prevacuum, gravity, liquid, and all applicable test cycles. Must have up to 12 programmable cycles include Prevac 4+1, Gravity and Liquids. Must have a user-friendly touch-sensitive screen. Door must allow for the door to be locked or unlocked with using a single 30-degree handle motion. Interior Chamber dimensions must be able to fit racks. Atlas Transfer Carriage/Loading Car 26X37.5X60"" (Amsco 400) Loading car must be for hinged door sterilizer. Transfer carriage must be equipped with a hand wheel for purposes of lowering or raising guide rails under loading car in sterilizer chamber. Car must be able to support 150lbs per shelf 450lbs per car. The Salient characters for the AMSCO Drying cabinets are: AMSCO Drying Cabinet, Cabinet, 29in, Purge, 120V, this size is needed to fit the allowed space for the department. This item also meets the allowed electrical limitations of the department must be comparable to Steris item # DCC101101GTIN: 00724995162665 AMSCO Drying Cabinet is intended for drying manually washed devices prior to sterilization. The cabinet provides a way to reduce manual drying time. The 29-inch-wide cabinet is equipped with: 9 shelves, scope hangers and a touch screen control, with a timer for each shelf.
