PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE NOI-NIAID-24-2226904 NAICS � 334516 This is a Notice of Intent, NOT a request for proposal.� The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Infors USA Inc., to procure: The INFORS HT Multitron. 25mm, QTY 3 Features of the System� include: Integrated C02 Control Hygienic Humidification Option Multitron Tray-Green Squares Humidity & Drain carboy kit set Double Stacking kit includes a storage base Double stack Mulitron 25mm with Co2, humidity, sticky trays and stacking kit with storage base The INFORS HT Minitron 2 25mm w/ humidity, QTY 4 Features of the System include: Humidity Carboy Kit and Case of Water / Hygienic Minitron N-Style Tray with Sticky Stuff Adhesive Minitron Base Support Minitron 2 & 2.1 door seal heater Minitron Stacking Kit 2 Double stack Minitrons 25mm with humidity and sticky trays Date of Delivery:� 30 Days ARO Place of Delivery Bethesda, MD 20892 The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 1901 (a) (1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.� All responsible sources that could provide this product may submit a capability statement along with a letter of authorization to resell to be considered by 10:00 am August 15, 2024. All required documents must be submitted via the NIAID electronic Simplified Acquisition Submission System (eSASS) website at https://esass.nih.gov. All vendors must register in the eSASS system to submit their documentation. Instructions on how to register /submit documents are included on the website. All responses received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.� A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
