Description
The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a Lease in Jamestown, NY.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as cost likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productiveagency downtime. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: Jamestown� Delineated Area: Central Business District of Jamestown NY� Minimum Square Feet (ABOA): 8,550 Maximum Square Feet (ABOA): 8,836 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 00 Parking Spaces (Surface): 00 Parking Spaces (Structured): 00 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 00 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: None Expressions of interest must include the following information at a minimum: Building name and address Location of space in the building and date of availability All space should be continguous and on the first floor ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet offered and Rentable Square Feet offered Scaled Floor Plans (as-built) identifying offered space Name, address, telephone number and email of authorized contact Evidence of Ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s) Reference: Project Number 2NY0786 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced Lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
