Description

The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to�award a sole source contract to, Becton Dickinson, San Jose CA ,95131.�This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses.� Note� � This requirement is for Preventive Maintenance Service Contract for FACSymphony Equipment, POP TBD 1.Coverage includes the BD Symphony A1 including lasers and one Computer Workstation (excluding printers) for labor travel expenses and parts (excluding consumables), for the following: - 2 Preventive Maintenance Inspections to be performed during a twelve-month period - 2 Preventive Maintenance Kits - Software Revisions released during the Agreement term. - Unlimited service visits, Monday-Friday, excluding BD Biosciences holidays. - 48-hour guaranteed response to a request for emergency on-site service (Monday through Friday, excluding BD Biosciences holidays). If we fail to meet our commitment, a $500 Response Time Credit will be issued. - Unlimited telephone support for instruments, reagents and applications will be provided at no additional charge,�Customer material# : 664892 Serial# : R664892000042, QTY-1EA. 2.�Svc Cont FACS Flow Supply System� This plan covers the FACS Flow Supply System for labor, travel expenses and parts (excluding consumables) for the following: - Unlimited service visits, Monday through Friday, excluding BD Biosciences holidays. - Unlimited telephone support for instruments, reagents and applications will be provided at no additional charge.�Customer material# : 349277 Serial# : 349277N0530, QTY-1EA. Attached SOW/ J&A � The NAICS code for this action is 811210. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
