The 35th Contracting Office at Misawa Air Base, Japan intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) and DAFFARS 5313.501 - 10 U.S.C. 3572, the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (41 U.S.C. 1901).
